We aim to provide as much information about our products as we can, but should you wish to ask us any further questions regarding size etc then please give us a call on 01342 322011, and one of our experienced staff will talk you through the product.
Should you need to exchange your item, please email us to discuss this. Items are returned at the cost of the buyer.
We ask that the following applies to returned items:
Footwear
All footwear must be tried on a clean surface, and be stain free. Skechers must have the memory foam insole in the condition it was purchased in - please be aware that over time this moulds around the foot, any shoes we deem to be worn in this way will not be refunded. All shoes must be returned in the original box.
Clothing
Items must be returned with original tags and must not have been worn aside from trying on. Any marks or damage will mean goods will not be refunded.
Other Items
All items must be returned in a resellable condition and with all the original tags attached and in the original packaging.
All items returned will be checked by our staff on delivery to us, and items received in a condition other than this will not be refunded.
Customers have 7 days from receiving their order to arrange a return - and 14 days in which to return items.
