If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use our website only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Herbert Sports and its associates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

Terms and conditions may change at any time, please check each time you place an order.

Please ensure all information provided to us is correct – by using this website you are agreeing to do this.

Upon placing your order on our website, we will send you a confirmation email detailing the products ordered, payment method, and total cost (including VAT and shipping). Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

Please note that your order is considered an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not constitute a binding contract until we accept your order. A contract for the sale of any product will only exist between you and SportsShoes.com once we have dispatched the product to you, regardless of whether we have sent an email confirmation.

We reserve the right to decline any order. If your order is not accepted, we will contact you to explain the reason.

Items will be processed for same day pick up (items ordered after 5pm will be processed the following morning.) All items placed for click and collect will be paid for in store on collection. Additional items can be added if required before payment is taken. Items can also be tried on before payment. Items will be held for 5 days and you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.

We require full payment for the goods before we can accept your order. Customers payment will be processed at the online checkout - all credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by their card issuer. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Deliveries will be made using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or Yodel Door to Door service, a flat rate fee is charged for these services – all information is available at the checkout or here

We are not responsible for any delays that occur while your goods are being transported by the courier. If you experience any issues with delivery, please contact us and we will contact the delivery company. Should any items go missing, we will contact you.

We aim to provide as much information about our products as we can, but should you wish to ask us any further questions regarding size etc then please give us a call on 01342 322011, and one of our experienced staff will talk you through the product.

Should you need to exchange your item, please email us to discuss this. Items are returned at the cost of the buyer.

All items returned should be in a resellable condition and with all the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items will be checked by our staff on delivery to us, and items received in a condition other than this will not be refunded.

Customers have 7 days from receiving their order to arrange a return - and 14 days in which to return items.

Herbert Sports and its associates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Herbert Sports itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
