Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. Delivery Options
Items ordered on this site can be collected free of charge from Herbert Sports, 10-12 High Street, East Grinstead, RH19 3AW. Please select this option at the checkout.
Orders can also be posted using either Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1 business day) or Yodel (3-4 business days). A flat rate fee applies for these services - details will be shown at the checkout.
2. Shipping Zones
Items can be delivered to the UK only.
3. Returns
We aim to provide as much information about our products as we can, but should you wish to ask us any further questions regarding size etc then please give us a call on 01342 322011, and one of our experienced staff will talk you through the product. Out of opening hours, please email us and we will get back to you the following morning.
Should you need to exchange your item, please email us to discuss this. Items are returned at the cost of the buyer.
All items returned should be in a resellable condition and with all the original tags attached and in the original packaging. Items will be checked by our staff on delivery to us, and items received in a condition other than this will not be refunded.
Customers have 7 days from receiving their order to arrange a return - and 14 days in which to return items.
4. Payment
Customers can pay using Visa, Mastercard and Amex via the online store, or in store for click and collect orders. Cash and card can be used in store.
5. Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Herbert Sports are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
